I had a solid workout this morning, starting with barbell squats. It was Day 3 of Phase I of the
Muscle Gaining Secrets program I am doing. I am really loving these workouts, as they are short, intense and simple, using the basic compound lifts. There is no clutter of useless isolation exercises for every angle of every muscle group. Each lift primarily uses the whole body which gives me the best bang for my muscle building buck.
